SV Solutions is locally owned and operated construction and waste management / earthworks / demolition / dumpster service / snow removal company located in Swan River Manitoba is looking to hire an individual who enjoys working outdoors and seeing a sense of accomplishment at the end of day.Has the ability to take direction and work in a team environment or work unsupervised. Prior experience in hardscape, softscape ,earthworks, equipment operating, dump truck operation would... be an asset . We are hiring for an immediate start, year round position available to a suitable candidate. Full Time position for a general laborer/utility available. Approx 40 Hours per week. { 8 hours per day} Landscaping/construction labor experience is preferred and some equipment operation experience would be an asset, but not required. Experience with or ability to be trained on -Tracked Skidsteer -Mini Excavator -F550 Dump truck -Pick up Truck and Assorted Trailers -Roll Off Dumpster Truck Duties include operating skid steer , dump truck and labouring. A valid driver’s license and driver's abstract required. Starting wages $18 per hour (increased starting wage dependent on ability and experience). Some evenings and weekends required for seasonal work. Class 3 is not required but an asset We are excited to find an ambitious employee to help us with our ever growing company. We have two great options for small batch aggregate delivery this year. Option 1 is our new dump truck that's able to bring any type of aggregate, stone, topsoil or woodchip into areas a bigger truck can not. Option 2 is our roll off bins. We load it with whatever aggregate you need for your small project. We roll it off at ground level and leave it for you until your done with it. The beauty of this is you don't need to dump it on the ground and contaminate your lawn or d...riveway with gravel or topsoil. Both of these trucks can carry between 2 and 8 yards depending on the weight of the material needed.

We are always trying to reinvest to better serve our clients. Was reminiscing tonight about some old jobs and decided to look through some photos. These span over a ten year period. Each with stories tied to them. Different places, with different crews, building different things. Seems like a lifetime ago. Im grateful for the experiences and memories made.

Today we remember our soldiers. Thank you to my grandfather, great uncles, and friends who have served or are serving now. We are proud of your sacrifice.

All ready for the upcoming winter season. We have put up more of our proven sand/salt mix to accommodate our unpredictable weather and will be offering straight course road salt for any clients that may prefer it.
