Hi everyone! Im sure youre all just as eager to get back to your regular treatments as I am to get back to work. If all goes well, ill be back to work on June 8. I have not started booking appointments yet but I will be reaching out to all clients individually within the next week or so. Ill start with everyone that had appointments booked between the middle of March and now that had to be canceled first. If you didnt have an appointment booked with me during that time ...and youd like to book one, send me a message and ill put you on my list! There are new guidelines that have to be followed in order for these treatments to be safe for both you and I so things will be a little different than what youre used to. I will outline these guidelines when I contact you to book your appointments. See you all soon!

if you have tennis balls or similar at home, they can be used for self massage. this is a good example of suboccipital release for help with tension headaches and neck pain, apply pressure for up to 30 seconds at a time.

due to the recommendations of the department of health and the college of massage therapists of nl and lab, i have made the decision to temporarily close my clinic. it is impossible in this profession to practice social distancing so it would be irresponsible of me to continue to work during this time. please feel free to reach out to me for recommendations on self care you can do at home, especially if you are experiencing exacerbation of your symptoms. although this is a difficult decision, its the right one to protect the health and safety of myself and my clients.
