As the curling season has come to a close we would like to thank all those who helped out in anyway, whether with the ice, working bar/kitchen shifts, organizing events. And a special thanks to James Campbell for taking on the caretaker position. We can't thank everyone enough for countless hours put into the curling club, much appreciated! We look forward to seeing everyone next season!
Thank you to all the volunteers who helped out with the MHSAA Curling Provincials. It truly takes a entire community and beyond to put on such a large event. Job well done by all. Thanks again!

Congratulations to our High School Girls and Boys team for winning the Zone 6 Curling Championship. Swan Lake Curling Club along with Somerset will be hosting MHSAA Provincials Feb 21-23. Good Luck to our teams at Provincials!
Looking for a couple Kitchen workers to fill some shifts for the Open Bonspiel this weekend in Swan Lake. Saturday 6:30-8:30pm and Sunday 3:00-5:00pm. If you are able to help out in any way that would be great!

Thanks to all those who participated in the Hit Draw Tap Competition this evening. Congratulations to those who will be going to Regionals in early January and good luck as they compete for a chance to go to the Brier.

PLEASE SHARE: Swan Lake Curling Club is hosting a Hit Draw Tap Competition. It is a fun opportunity to try and attempt three shots: hit, draw, and a tap. Open to anyone ages 9-13. No curling experience required. Still time to register at the event!
After school curling will be starting at the Swan Lake Curling Club this week. We will be starting Wednesday, December 5th after school until 5pm and again on Thursday December 13th. Any grade 5-8s are welcome to attend. This is a great opportunity to learn to curl and have fun doing it. Please bring clean shoes and $2 everytime you attend. Please reply to this post or contact Jessica Gundrum if your child is interested in attending.
