We are rooted in the Blues and rooted in our community. We treasure the amazing moments lived at the Stonebridge Wasaga Beach Blues Festival over the past nine years and look forward to gathering again to celebrate our 10th anniversary in 2021 with you!

Communication from the Stonebridge Wasaga Beach Blues Crew: The Stonebridge Wasaga Beach Blues Festival acknowledges the importance of maintaining and supporting recommended public health practices. Health and safety for all is our focus. After monitoring the development of COVID-19, we have made the difficult decision to postpone the 10th anniversary of the Stonebridge Wasaga Beach Blues Festival until Friday, September 17th, 2021 through Sunday, September 19th, 2021. We und...erstand this impacts us all. However, we chose to act with the health and well-being of our community in mind while keeping within government guidelines. We were hopeful that the worst would be over before September 18th, 2020; however, every indication is that large scale gatherings such as ours will not be allowed in the foreseeable future. Coupled with the closing of the Canada/US border, it is difficult to imagine how we could possibly proceed. Therefore, we have no option but to postpone our 10th anniversary festival event. Simply put, the Stonebridge Wasaga Beach Blues Festival originally scheduled to take place from September 18th through September 20th of 2020 will be postponed until September 17th through September 19th of 2021. We would like to thank everyone that supports our not-for-profit Stonebridge Wasaga Beach Blues Festival, especially all our sponsors and all the Blues lovers everywhere. As health concerns are evolving rapidly, the Festival Committee acknowledges the importance of maintaining and supporting the recommended public health practices of social distancing to flatten the curve. Health and safety for all Blues lovers is our main focus. After monitor...ing the development of COVID-19, we have made the difficult decision to postpone the Annual Spring Fling - Mardi Gras fundraiser dinner and dance scheduled for May 1st, 2020 to a future date. We understand the impact that this will have on the supporters of the festival and musicians. Ultimately, we chose to act with the health and well-being of our public and musical community in mind. We will continue to monitor the latest developments of this unprecedented time and keep you posted on a possible new date. With respect to the 10th anniversary of Stonebridge Wasaga Beach Blues Festival September 18th-20th 2020, we trust the worst will be over by then.
