3 months ago Shannan LaRocque came to us as a referral from her friend Amanda, also doing our program. Shannan had health goals that included weight loss, strength and stamina! Today, Shannan walks away with the $1000 cash, an acknowledgement of her progress and fierce commitment to her goals within our group over the last 3 months. She has lost a total of 20.5 inches.
