Where our creativity blossoms. Where universal magic lives. We live in a world of constant distraction. We’ve be trained to fill space and have lost the ability to be bored. We must relearn how to sit in the pause. To hear our deepest knowings rather than silence them. Trust, be still and let it in.

The Grounding into the New Year Trifecta Series with Brenna is live! This 3 class series will take you through the journey of a full practice for your body, mind, and soul to leave your feeling grounded as we move into 2021. We recommend setting the time aside to take all 3 practices together to get the full benefit and experience, but all 3 videos are amazing on their own to work for any time commitment, mood, and more.... Class 1: The Practice of Presence is a 65 minute vinyasa class. (Sweat) Class 2: The Root of it All is a 68 minute yin class. (Chill) Class 3: Your Place of Peace is a 45 minute meditation class.
