My Milkshake brings all the boys to the yard, damn right its better than yours All jokes aside we get asked all the time how to build or lose weight on specific body parts. The answer to that truly is specific for each individual. Globally the lack of results falls into the category of DRIFTING or the inconsistencies that we as HUMANS have mastered due to our MONKEY brain getting the better of us. Here are 3 super simple tips that I can guarantee if you MASTER yo...u will get MASSIVE results! 1 On Sunday plan your week. Yup get everything in there from kids activities, grocery shopping and work but don't forget to map out and block off time for your workouts. Make sure you have a balanced routine with equal push to pull movements and yes schedule those 2x sessions 2 Progressive overload is a method of strength training that advocates for the gradual increase of the stress placed upon the musculoskeletal and nervous system. You can do this by: increase the weight, sets or reps increase the frequency decrease the rest period 3 Rinse & repeat. This is where that MONKEY will keep searching for another banana . It will take time to truly see the results you want. Chances are you will get bored, demotivated and start a new program (another banana). Even though the results you want where right in your hands.
