I have something to admit after heading to a retreat a couple weekends ago, I realized that I have a bad relationship with food. I generally have always worked out to some sort and ate pretty good but when really healthy food is put in front of you than I realized I was so anxious for the weekend. I was talking to my husband and friends about it. I had to stop twice to pick up chocolate and chips. I had gotten my period that day so I gobbled down the first batch than had ...to stop to put some things in my bag. And I never touched the items in my bag and gave them to my kids when I got home. And do you know what? The food was amazing and so filling and you could feel nourished not disgusting after eating a big meal. @sproutcatering and @brainsnacksco had provided amazing meals and snacks. So since coming home I’ve been eating pretty clean. Trying to not eat much dairy and gluten and lots of greens. This past weekend I cheated and I’m still paying for it. This morning I’m listening to a great podcast about nutrition with @jenniesallen and @womanwisenutrition When we are thinking majority of the time about good and when we are eating next, than that’s a sign there’s an addiction and unhealthiness to our eating. You are worth treating your body better. I know some great coaches that can support you in this if you need support or message me for an accountability partner. @candicemcmurrenfitness @familiesmattermost
