You’ve probably heard this a dozen times already but we love experimenting. Usually we experiment with parts of a known recipe but this time, we went all out and made a falooda cheesecake. It sounds like an unnecessary blending of two completely different foods and trust us when we say this, we were suspicious of it too but it is one of the best things we’ve made and tasted. We have people in our family who avoid cheesecake at all costs and even they loved it. All of us said that the cake tasted like it were royal. We’re already planning on having this as a part of our Diwali gift baskets but in the meantime, we’d love for you to make this a part of your next event. This cheesecake won’t disappoint.
