‘Tis the season...for squash soup! When I have the time I like to roast a whole squash and make my own bone broth. This soup was a quickie though, so I used frozen squash I got on sale last week and organic chicken stock I had on hand. I dump in the pumpkin pie spice cause it’s so yummy!! Let me know if you want me to post the recipe.

If you want to increase your metabolism and truly change the shape and performance of your body, you NEED to strength train. I'm not talking about bicep curls with 1 pounders (ladies, I'm talking to you!). True change comes with proper programming and weights that challenge you to the point where it's difficult to complete the last rep of your set. How's your training going??
