Who remembers the days of sand tables and the great army of the West Grenovians? Well... my sand tables look a lot different nowadays. Mid January and the Veteran Farm Project has seeds started.. let the joys of playing in dirt begin!!

We've added some new photos and info from 2020. We are very excited for the 2021 season! We are growing, supporting more veteran families and will have our workshops and market stand up and running! ~Happy Growing

I want to share this epub for the NS Horticulture for Health. I was asked to write an article for the Fall edition. It was hard to write about myself, but it turned out to be very therapeutic. I hope you enjoy this edition dedicated to Veterans.

The Veteran Farm Project was honoured to be the recipient of this years awesome fitness fundraiser. Here is the information about this amazing veteran and what he does. Thank you so much to all who participated and donated. A portion of funds raised will be used support a military family needing a little help over the holidays. We feel truly blessed to receive such amazing support from the community. We couldn’t do what we do without you!! ******************************...********************* A Workout To Remember The Fallen, is an annual event organized by Veteran Gaetan Trembley. This was its sixth year! This year he invited Iron Matrix to be involved and help promote it. Every year participants donate and the funds are given to a Veteran organization. The Workout to Remember the Fallen is a realistic, yet fun, way to help people from all walks of life understand what it’s like to serve. It gives Civilians the opportunity to participate in this team building event alongside Veterans and serving members... and it allows Veterans and serving members to reflect back on their service, and the many brothers and sisters that they have met, and lost, along the way ! It’s all about comradery... shared experiences... teamwork... and above all else... Remembrance ! It’s held at Black Point Beach at Point Pleasant Park.
