Our mission has been, "to see the world through other people" by the HUMAN CONNECTION that this boat offers. Our offerings are beyond food and humans connecting at a different level. It’s about sharing ourselves. Soul and heart to our fellow human beings from every part of the world without prejudice. We put our hearts into a plate without any expectation other than putting a smile on your face. We have welcomed so very many people to our home: This Tug that made many heads spin around trying to figure out this unique concept where some of the best authentic Moroccan-French cuisine is made. This Tugboat has welcomed and nourished many souls and bodies. The smells of spices and seductive aromas will take you back to a place where you once felt safe and loved: The taste of home. We have been so privileged to be called Chefs without having the Professional training. Good cooks know how to create good flavours, taste, and aromas that are so distinguished and available nowhere else in the world We call this place home . Almond Banana Berries Pancakes Easy to make especially if you are crunched for time in the morning. These delicious pancakes could be a lunch or dinner as well 4 servings :... 2 ripe bananas 2 eggs 1/2 cup almond flour 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 cup blueberry or your favourite berries Mix all ingredients until combined. heat a skillet to medium heat and scoop with your desired measuring cup. Cook for 2-3 mins until it bubbles on Garnish with your favourite toppings : Roasted Walnuts, Honey, Barrata, yogurt, etc....
