Happy Easter! Today, we give thanks for our risen Saviour, the One who can do infinitely more than we ask or imagine; the One who defeats the power of sin and death. May Christ be glorified and may God bless you on this holy day!
On Good Friday, as the snow melts and the promise of spring bursts forth, we are reminded of the greatest promise of allthe resurrection of Jesus. Commissioners Floyd and Tracey Tidd share a message of hope as they reflect on the promises of a faithful God.
May the profound hope of Sunday's empty tomb overwhelm whatever Friday despair you might be experiencing. Grace & peace, friends We look forward to seeing you next week

Having to be closed for almost three months is obviously not an ideal circumstance, but, as the saying goes, when life hands you you make lemonade As you have seen in our posts, we have used this time to make a few changes and have had so much help along the way. Thank you to Elsie J Rempel from Sentiments Home And Design who lent us her expertise and chose beautiful paint colours for the store. Color makes such a difference and it has completely transformed the place!... She also connected us with the great guys from Excel Refrigeration. They, with help from Integrity Electrical Services and a lift loaned by Robertson Rentals, removed the three nonfunctioning heating units that were hanging from the ceiling collecting dust. They all volunteered their time. Thank you! Our painter Brent from Lachapelle Painting let us know about Pioneer Co-ops Communities in Full Color program which generously donated all the paint for our project. All the paint for free! Thank you! We are so grateful to be living in a community that is generous and works together to get through whatever comes our way. We greatly appreciate all the help we have received through this crazy time #StrongerTogether
At last, here is our tentative reopening date! Its going to be a different shopping experience, but hopefully it will still be an enjoyable one. Stay tuned here for updates
We asked Captain Ed to help move the change rooms to the other side of the store. He moved them to the dump #CaptainDemolition #GitErDone
