Members of Canada's Men's Rugby Team laid a wreath on behalf of Rugby Canada at the Langford cenotaph last night. Joining them was team mascot, Captain Greene, ...who is much more than a stuffed toy to the Canadian squad. Named in honour of Captain Trevor Greene, the mascot is a poignant reminder of a rugby-loving veteran's remarkable tale of survival. We held the first session of our Fall Rookie Rugby program for children ages 4-6 this past Friday in Benvon's Room. It was alot of fun and we look forward to the upcoming sessions with them.
