Congratulations to our very own Ben Winterborn for being selected for Swim Ontario’s Youth ID Program ! . Ben was chosen based on his Long Course performances from the 2019/2020 season which is "on-track" for Canada Games selection in the summer of 2022. . He will get to participate in monthly programming which includes monthly virtual presentations by service providers, coaches, and Swim Ontario staff focused on nutrition, mental preparation, mental health and goal setting... among other topics. .
