Best outdoor swimming in the city - 50m pool overlooking the beach. This masters swim group has past olympians, triathletes and swimming newbies. Great coaches and a fantastic way to start the day - swimming while the sun comes up. Start date - July 04 6:30am.

From July 25-29 we will be running our program at Monarch park outdoor pool, 115 Felstead Ave. 6:15-7:30am.
