Proud of this girl!!! Congrats on the first play off win . . Posted @withregram @416golfgirls Proud to win the @hurricanejrgolf Canada Summer Junior Open U13 at @nationalpinesgc. This was my first win caddying myself. My first multiday win. My first full distance tournament win, and my first win against older girls. It was also my first playoff win. But I'm most proud of this win because I had to battle back. I had a terrible first round and was 6 shots back of ...the lead in 5th place. But I came out today and shot the low round of the tournament and 10 shots better than yesterday! That got me into a 3 way playoff and I birdied the first hole to win it! So proud of myself and how I never gave up. I'm still only 10 years old and learning this great game and learning about myself. Lateral Hip Stability Do you sway and slide instead of rotating into the hip? . Here’s one exercise to start working on lateral hip stability . Start with balancing on one leg.... . Reach other leg out to the side as far as possible while keeping upper body stable (avoid tilting to the side) . Watch the bending knee and keep the alignment from dropping inwards. . Repeat with reaching 45 degrees diagonally and straight backwards .
