In a recent study, researchers looked at the difficulties faced by those working from home as well as those transitioning back from remote work to in-office work. Individuals working remotely showed higher brain wave markers associated with overwork, stress and fatigue, especially during tasks such as video-call meetings and collaborating with colleagues. The transition back to in-office work was also shown to cause increased stress. Dr. Dollschnieder uses an ExistentialHumanistic approach to Psychotherapy, Marriage and Family therapy, Cognitive behavioral and Transpersonal approaches, Depth psychology (Separation Theory), psychometry (psychological testing), forensics, and the integration of these approaches within a psychoneurotherapeutic framework. He utilizes a variety of treatment approaches depending on clien...t needs and treatment goals. His areas of expertise include traditional Neurofeedback (amplitude training), ClinicalQ, Braindryvr, Loreta, and sLoreta Z-score training, Quantitative Electroencephalography (qEEG), Transcranial Stimulation, tDCS, tACS, tRNS, and Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy (PEMF).
