Nova Scotia Health’s Mental Health and Addictions Program (MHAP) recognizes how mindfulness can help Nova Scotians with their daily lives, making it easier to get through these challenging times. I think this is very pertinent at the moment. Everyone has individual setbacks whether or not the rest of the world sees it. Particularly for mothers, it can be... hard to admit we are struggling, but if we look around us we will see that everyone else is struggling with something too.
