NEW PODCAST EPISODE: Zach Fucale is a World Juniors and Memorial Cup champion! Originally drafted in the 2nd round of the 2013 NHL Draft by the Montréal Canadie...ns, Zach has went on to have a successful professional ice hockey career that includes stops in the NHL, AHL, ECHL, and the DEL. On top of this, Zach has competed for Team Canada at the Splenger Cup on multiple occasions, being a two time gold-medalist and selected to the All Star team. He also graduated from McCaig Elementary School in the Sir Wilfrid Laurier School Board. Today the Sir Wilfrid Laurier Foundation President, Josée Côté and Vice-President Archie Cifelli were given a cheque from longtime supporter M. Guy Ouellette, MNA of Chomedey. Thank you M. Ouellette for your continued support of our Foundation, where all money raised is used to benefit the students of the Sir Wilfrid Laurier School Board.

This afternoon the SWLSB had its first 4 à 5 with our Retired Administration Alumni! It was a wonderful hour spent reminiscing with friends and colleagues. There will be many more. Thank you to all those who attended!
