Sword & Brush 29.01.2021

Hot on the heels of the great news earlier this week about Sword & Brush 2020, we’re very excited to announce our commemorative figure for his year’s theme - The End of the World as We Know It! The idea of this theme started coming together shortly after our show last year, and we look forward to how people interpret it. Oriol Quinn has done a fantastic job sculpting our Visigoth at the Sack of Rome, 410 AD. This amazing figure kit is 75mm tall, and will be cast in resin with two head options, and two different options for the right hand - either an axe, or a sack of loot! We will be opening this up for pre-order in the coming days, so stay tuned for more info. This will be a limited run, and normally would only be available to those attending the show, but in light of everything, we will open this up to everyone!

We have a special announcement about this year’s Sword & Brush! We’ve made the difficult decision to cancel the physical show this year based on the uncertainty around running an event of that size in the coming months. Unfortunately, it is too risky for us to plan the event considering the COVID-19 social distancing guidelines in place at the moment. However, we are still going ahead with a virtual show to be held on September 12!... We are currently planning a series of seminars, demos, and discussions to be held on Discord all day Saturday. There will also be a virtual painting expo using the same format as the regular show with photos submitted by you. We’ll be sharing details about how it all works in the coming weeks as we confirm plans and finalize logistics. The show will include a mix of free and paid content for everyone to enjoy. Keep an eye on this page for more information in the coming weeks!
