Ingredients: 6 oz Butter 1/2 cup Almond Butter 5 oz Sweetener 2 oz Cocoa Powder... 4 oz Almond Flour 1/4 tsp Salt 1 tbsp Vanilla 2 oz Dark Chocolate 2 Eggs 2 tbsp Water Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 350F and line a 9x13 dish with parchment paper. 2. Using a hand mixer combine the butter, almond butter, eggs and sweetener. 3. Add in the cocoa powder, almond flour, baking powder, salt, water and vanilla. Beat again. 4. Chop up the dark chocolate and fold into the batter. 5. Scoop the batter into the baking dish and spread flat. 6. Bake for 28 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean minus the dark chunks. 7. Let cool at least 28 minutes and serve.

Ingredients: 1 large Onion 2oz +1 tbsp Coconut Flour 2 oz Parmesan Cheese 1 pinch Salt... 1 pinch Black Pepper 1 tsp Garlic Powder 2 eggs 1 cup Coconut Oil Instructions: 1. Whisk together the eggs and 1 tbsp coconut flour. 2. In a second bowl, whisk the remaining flour, parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper and garlic powder. 3. Slice the onion into rings. 4. Dip the rings into the egg mixture, then the flour mixture and place on a plate. This step gets messy. 5. Melt the coconut oil in a deep pan. 6. Fry the rings for about 4 minutes per side. 7. Repeat steps 4-6 until you have used the entire onion. 8. Serve with dip of choice.

Ingredients: 2oz Dark Chocolate 1 tbsp Coconut Oil Salt Macadamia Nuts (24 halves)... Instructions: 1. Grab 8 muffin liners and place the nut halves in them, three per liner. 2. Melt the chocolate in the microwave. 3. Add in the coconut oil. While stirring the chocolate should be hot enough to melt the oil. 4. Spoon the chocolate into the muffin liners. 5. Sprinkle a small pinch of salt onto each bomb. 6. Freeze for 30 minutes. 7. Enjoy once the chocolate is solid.

Ingredients: 3.5 oz Dark Chocolate 4 tbsp Coconut Oil 1 pinch Salt 1/2 tsp Vanilla... 1 tsp Cinnamon 1.5 oz chopped Hazelnuts 1/4 cup Almond Butter Instructions: 1. Melt chocolate and coconut together in a bowl using the microwave. 2. Add in the salt, vanilla, cinnamon and almond butter. 3. Pour into a parchment lined baking dish. 4. Chop the hazelnuts and sprinkle them on top. 5. Chill in the fridge until solid. 6. Cut into squares and enjoy.
