Friendly Reminder: With an increase in booking New Clients since getting caught up from the crazy covid backlog - I've had a terrible increase in No Show Appointments this past couple of weeks. I would like to remind everyone if you book an appointment here and do not call or give sufficient time for me to fill the time slot - you will be charged a fee and will not be able to book another appointment until it's paid. I ask please for 48hr notice to change or cancel appts. Ple...ase know that Groomers are commission based pay - meaning if I do not groom, I do not get paid and I don't know who likes to get up and go to work and not receive pay. I certainly appreciate it. When this happens in the middle of the day leaving an unpaid gap and disruption in the schedule it's extremely frustrating, especially when it happens multiple times in a week. Please be kind and courteous and honor your appointments. I thank you for allowing me work in this industry with passion. See more

Covid-19 confirmed cases are currently popping up all over Kingston area. Anyone with scheduled appointments if you and anyone you have been in contact with have any symptoms of Covid or have been to any of the named places of current contamination, and/or have travelled outside Kingston and surrounding areas, I ask that you DO NOT acquire grooming services at this time. Please be honest, This is in the best interest and safety of the business, myself, my family, clients and... co-workers. I would very much like to continue to stay in service. Call, leave message or send me a message via inbox and I will contact you to re-schedule for a later date. I ask that everyone coming for their scheduled appointments, continue to use hand sanitizer before and after, please wear a mask, at the curbside during drop off and pick up, I wear a mask to protect you, please wear yours to protect me, my family and clinic staff. Please continue to stay home as much as possible. We are still in the middle of a pandemic as much as we see easements happening, still only go out for essentials using protections and safety measures to combat. Thank you! I believe I have called each and every pre-scheduled appointment back by now to re-book, that was cancelled due to the mandatory covid closure. To my amazing clientele you are truly valued, everyone being oh so patient and understanding. I just want to say a quick thank you! it’s great to be back doing what I love. I’ve been ever so busy hard at it trying to get through priority first, existing dogs this past 2 weeks - meaning ones that need it most right away due to skin issues or severe matting.
