Please take note...You must wear a mask to enter kickboxing and you must wear it to leave. Inside the gym we are ok, we will set up to ensure proper distancing. These are the rules folks, not ours, but we have to follow them. No mask...no getting in.

We will have a class on Wednesday, July 29th and another on Wednesday Aug. 5th. Then we think we will open for Monday & Wednesday starting Aug. 10th. We ask you to come dressed to workout, bring your own supply of hand sanitizer. If you have hand wraps, gloves or target mitts, bring them. if you don't you should consider buying some. Stay safe and see you on the 29th.

Next Wednesday kids...Suck it up Buttercup.

I will confirm next week, but for now I will say we are planning on returning to having a class on Wednesday July 29. Spread the word.

Lately my heart has been heavy, I’m from a First Nation Community called Eskasoni. I grew up to a community where sports and physical activities were at the ti...me a struggle because we are so isolated. I wish I had boxing during my hard times because I know it would of made a big change in my life. Now I moved into the city and I get teenagers that come into my gym and I know they would love to stay but because of resources they never come back and it breaks my heart. So I’ve been thinking that it’s time for me to make a change, during the roughest times in my life were from age 13-16, so now I’m going to open up my gym twice a week for free for anyone at that age. I will start this Monday from 4-5 and Fridays 4-5 and it will continue until it’s time to grow again. So, If you can please spread the love and tell any teen that would love some extra activity or someone that’s being bullied to come and gain some confidence, friends and some knowledge to come on over to see me at 276 Windmill Drive in Dartmouth.
