Hi Everyone, As many of you have heard there are new Covid-19 regulations in place across Alberta. Since we have been following the protocols so far as well as taking the extra precautions I do not think these regulations will affect us too much. The main change is that now places of worship can only allow 15% of their capacity. Our fire-code capacity is 354, so we are allowed 53 people for a worship service. Since the new restrictions were put in place a couple of weeks ago ...our attendance has been around the mid 40s so we are predicting that we will be fine during these new restrictions. That being said, I would like to thank you all for taking precautions in your own lives. Those of you who have shown any symptoms, whether they ended up being Cold or not, have stayed away. Sadly, but safely, those of you who are older and higher risk have stayed away. Thankfully we still are able to connect through Zoom for prayer meetings and church. We are currently looking at a few extra Zoom Room options during the Christmas Holidays to keep everyone connected. Thank you all for working and praying together during these times, Pastor Tyler

Hi Everyone, As of November 24 we are still allowed to gather together as a congregation to worship. We are allowed to meet at 1/3 of normal attendance. Normal attendance is defined as what the fire code has allowed us, which, for our church, is 354. Our average attendance over the past few weeks has hovered around 65, which is well below the 118 we are allowed. The only thing that has changed for us is that we are now required to wear masks at all times when in the church. ...I would like to ask that everyone follow these requirements to help keep us and our community a little more safe. Masks will be provided at the door coming in. If you have your own mask, please wear those. We are thankful that we can still gather together during these times. See you on Sabbath, Pastor Tyler

Hello Everyone, We wanted to let you know that Ron Mannerfeldt passed away at his home, surrounded by friends and family, this past Sunday evening. Please keep Rosa, the girls, and his family in prayers for the next few days especially. There will be an outdoor funeral service tomorrow, Wednesday November 18, at 1:00pm at the Burnt Lake Cemetery. Please dress warmly and appropriately as Covid19 protocols will be in place.
