Sahaja Yoga Meditation Liverpool 10.12.2020

This Wednesday will be our last class for this year! Come and join us for meditation and inner growth on Dec.9th at 6:30pm at 226 Main Street. Please use our hand sanitizer upon entry, wear your mask when you come in and respect social distancing guidelines. Hope to see you there!

Sahaja Yoga Meditation Liverpool 27.11.2020

We have two more classes scheduled before our winter break: Dec. 2nd and Dec.9th. Come and join us tomorrow night as well as next Wednesday at 6:30pm, to meditate together and learn about our crown chakra. Classes are held at 226 Main Street and are free and open to all!... For your and all of our safety: There is a sanitizer dispenser mounted on the left wall just inside the entrance of the Meditation Centre. Feel free to use it before coming upstairs. You can wear your masks until seated, but there is no need to wear it during meditation as all chairs are well spaced apart. Also, there is plenty of space in the room to adhere to social distancing rules. For your convenience there is another sanitizer dispenser just outside the washroom.

At last weeks meditation program we had the pleasure of having Bruno, Misao and Rasmus join us from the Mill Village International Devi School. Bruno shared his love for music and taught us how it connects to the all pervading power taking us away from selfishness. Lovely music!

Especially in this time of Covid19 we have to embrace change and become more flexible. Meditation can help us stay calm and balanced through challenging times.
