Four ways of eating to help you use your food supplies more efficiently and healthfully With all the covid-19 stuff going on there’s so much confusion about if we should buy enough food supplies, make quick trips to the stores while in voluntary isolation or just order food and essential items online. I would suggest to be conservative with the food provisions you already have at home, order online when running out of them and limit your trips to the grocery stores t...o 0 It is also understandable that with all the uncertainty going around we all are going to experience cravings and emotional eating that can cause us to run out of our food supplies sooner than expected. My advice is to follow the combination of these four ways of eating as a healthy and effective way of making your current reserves last longer, avoiding food waste and preventing weight gain all while eating nutritiously. I. Intermittent fasting - If you had considered to try this health trend before it is now your opportunity to put it into practice. Have your last meal at 8pm and your green smoothie 14 hours later, around 10am. II. Keto way of eating - Let your first meal of the day be lean meat or a good quality protein. Start with a small amount of that frozen salmon, or chicken breast and continue with your canned salmon and sardine once your frozen meat supplies are depleted. III. Vegetarian way of living - Combine your Keto eating with your vegetarian style. Eat one or two servings of a variety of fresh veggies. You can use a little bit of three or four variety of veggies to make a nutritious salad. IV. Healthy high carbs way of eating - Reserve your legumes, seeds and pasta for supper, such as chickpeas, beans, lentils, peas, quinoa, buckwheat, oats. Cook them with some veggies, salt, onion, garlic and enjoy a warm nutritious soup 2 or 3 hours prior bedtime. Last but not least, drink warm water as soon as you get up, an hour before and after meals and keep sipping hot tea all day long and eat fruits between meals, but far away from a big meal. Wishing you all a healthy, joyful, loving and peaceful quarantine With love

How to keep your tummy full with a zest of health. ... ~ Before quarantine, drink green smoothies. ~ During quarantine, drink green smoothie. ~ After quarantine, keep drinking green smoothies. Eat as much dietary fiber as you can. Prepare a green smoothie for yourself and each member of your family with the vegetables, fruits, seeds and nuts you have available at home right now. Use small amounts of fresh or frozen fruits, only one or two kind of dark leafy greens -arugula, spinach, kale, dandelion, salad greens - then add 1 tsp of soaked chia and flax seeds, any kind of available nuts, a small piece of avocado, a pinch of Vit C Powder, 3 drops of Vit D, warm water, blend and drink first thing in the morning or after fasting. Dietary fiber will make you feel full longer and until your next meal so that you may not need to order food online so often or have to go out to get it. Make sure you include more seeds and nuts and greens on your next grocery shopping!! We all must come out of this quarantine stronger, healthier, fitter and wiser than before it!! With love
