Being the cover story for "The 10 Most Successful Business Women to Watch in 2022" is not something I take lightly, nor do I consider it a way to boost my brand... and drive business. Being the cover story was an opportunity to share my voice and a call for help. My hope is that there will be a select group of people who actually take an interest in reading my story and from there feel a pull towards their own life purpose and be an answer to the "cry for help" from so many human beings around the world. To answer the cry for help from our oceans, land animals and all the environmental and social injustices that keep elevating while our responsibility keeps declining. For the longest time I played a critical part in the background but the time has come and it is needed now more than ever that I use my voice and my conviction for a purpose that is massive. My EXTRAORDINARY TEAM and I have been hard at work developing a framework to build generational sustainability. My story is a small drop in the bucket compared to what everyone does each and every day and as the founder and CEO of TeamsynerG Global Consulting I am honored to lead my team into a future of promises we intend to keep. I am so proud of my partner Rosellen Johnson the Founder and CEO of our sister company RJC Global Impact and all the work we do to preserve our natural resources and bring integrity to how many of our Industry giants do business. From working with world leaders, top c-level executives to being the co-founder of I Dare U 2 BEE with my beautiful partner Alanna Carr where I believe we have the most important job of all. To train and develop children and teens to lead the future with kindness, generosity, courage, forgiveness and trust. I am blessed to share my story and grateful to God for the opportunity.
