HELLO 2021.. Let’s take a look back on @wolvi.m’s silver linings of 2020 - in his own words! Looking back on 2020, here are some things I am very grateful for! 1. Connecting with @msmvalencia and teaching a breaking class with @nssbreakers at @northsurreydance. Judging the online battle they hosted gave me the motivation to compete and actually win @vsdf this year!... 2. Growing closer and stronger with my partner in goals, accountability, and life @mfaaye 3. Partnering and working relentlessly on a cash flowing multifamily project we acquired in October. 4. Being able to continue connecting with old and new friends despite physical distancing. I am constantly finding myself very grateful for this, in my work and outside of it 5. Celebrating my 5th and most successful year in Real Estate, only possible with the support of @synergysells and @ackerman_real_estate

My first sale on 124th in MR. ... Getting together with a few friends from elementary school just before Covid hit. The last time we were all together was at my wedding in 1996. Being asked to join Synergy. My dog Levi making it through a minor surgery beating all the odds, the vet says there is no way he should still be here and he is still going, like the energizer bunny. My family staying healthy during this pandemic, nothing is more important. 2021 is going to be amazing - happy new year, everyone!

The Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver (REBGV) reports that residential home sales in the region totalled 3,687 in October 2020, a 29 per cent increase from the 2,858 sales recorded in October 2019, and a 1.2 per cent increase from the 3,643 homes sold in September 2020.
