This is an excellent opportunity for any young hockey player. I’ve known and worked with Chris for a long time and I’m beyond confident he’ll excel in hockey development. Glad to have it here in Cape Breton. Please like and share his page!

Great job Liv and Bec!
My best front squat in a long time at 275x2... little shifty but ... two great core stability exercises (dead bug variation, side plank variation) - try em out! Also if you find bent over barbell rows tough to perform properly or have back pain, try the inverted rows instead! #strength #fitness #frontsquat

Would like to say a job well done by my better half and partner with her first packed "speed and sculpt" class this morning. I've already told her I'm proud of her, however, I will say it again... I am proud of her, and I'm glad she stuck through all the bossing, correcting, lectures that I put her through. She's worked hard in the gym, studied hard, and she's helping grow this business bigger then I ever could on my own. Any females looking for a very affordable and fun (sometimes) small group fitness class, this is a great option. Regardless of fitness level, the design allows anyone to complete the workout safely and as challenging as you need it. If you're interested, check it out, I know you'll enjoy it. - Ryan

There's only a few spots left so remember you MUST pre-register with me today in order to guarantee your spot for tomorrow :) (Note: this is a drop in class with no monthly commitment needed) For those of you I've already heard from, I'll see you in the morning!
I was invited to the 41st CBU Athletic Banquet last night and to say I'm proud would be an understatement. I was fortunate to have had the opportunity to train the women's soccer team this past season and to watch them get rewarded for all their hard work and dedication to their sport last night was simply amazing. I'd like to send out a BIG congratulations to all those who received awards last night but also to those who didn't, because after all the success of a team is go...verned by team work! Also, I'd like to congratulate all the recipients and players from the men's soccer team, the men's and women's basketball teams, and the women's volleyball team for their successes in their past season. CBU is very lucky to have such talented and well-rounded athletes! CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL :) And on a final note, don't forget to train hard over the summer and return to training camp even faster and stronger than the previous year ;) - Rachael
We're looking for a few volunteers to help a friend of ours out! She needs people between the ages of 17 and 30 who are either consistently physically active or who play a sport! The survey is completed all online and is completely confidential. Take a few minutes out of your day and help out a fellow caper's research :) Thanks to all in advance!
