Cafe Connect

New look and getting ready to test out at a Pastor's R Camp in 2 weeks. White chocolate and Dark Chocolat Mocha...

Trying out a new way of doing a Earlgray Tea Latte, it is really good tasting. Oh this espresso machine is really nice. Latte has a shot of Cinnamon Dolce syrup, and a shot of Vanilla Bean syrup and cinnamon dolce powder on top. This might be come the Cafe Connect way of making Earlgrey Tea Latte.

Here is the better picture of our old espresso machine to the new one. The first one's handle broke, it was a tough machine though, the second one took way too long to heat up and make the beverage, the third one leaked all over the place and never always kept to the same consistency and now this beauty, is a beast that would like to show off and let everyone know we made the right investment and asking me when I will pick up a second one. Making Cafe Connect better place to be in soon.

Hello Everyone, Who has been wondering about Cafe Connect. This is a sad time, but yet something good out of this is happening. the Owner of Cafe Connect needs to move to a new location for a season or two. As he longs to get this Cafe up and going it seems like this season is not really the season to do that in. Cafe Connect is very much alive and will return in good due time but it may work better where he is going. This way the kinks can be worked out and an establish net...work can happen that would enable other Cafe Connects to launch from. Cafe Connect is still going to be doing what it is meant to do and that is to help people who are trying to build their lives back up and or learning skills to enable them to go places. it is still a Christian organized cafe wanting to make a difference in the community that it is established in and having a place where people can connect over coffee/lattes, hangouts and business meetings and reaching out to youth, children, young adults and single families. This cafe has a chance in Ontario to do that and to see what works and what doesn't work so then when it returns to Manitoba it will flourish. It is sad that it needs to go this way but know this it will return between 3-4 years not too sure the location but in time there will be information about that on here and other ways.
