Because I love my clients & love what I do I struggled with pricing & boundaries for years. A lot has changed since then, & it all comes down to the fact I have scaled my business, tightened up boundaries, put better systems in place, & finally stopped letting the people pleaser guilt control me. And doing all of the above has allowed my business to be in a constant state of growth While allowing me more freedom. So if taking a few days, weeks, or a month off sounds like CRAZY talk to you, here are some tips: Be confident in your pricing: If you’re a people pleaser like me it can be difficult to communicate your pricing but you are WORTH IT. And if you want to scale your biz, you have to raise your prices & share them confidently so you can hold space for those ideal clients. And repeat after me...the price is the price *cue hair flip* Set office hours: If you don’t communicate your hours your clients will expect you to be available 24/7. Office hours are one of the most simple ways to set boundaries & can be implemented right away. Systems systems systems: From setting up recurring payments to automating your onboarding process to having ONE place where you communicate with clients, having strong systems in place is a MUST & beyond essential for building a sustainable business. And when you implement all 3 you’ll quickly find yourself able to take those much needed days off & finally get the confidence to be in charge of your worth & be the CEO that your business needs.
