Little update for our followers.

Curious... wheres your boss/owner when your doing hard work? Mine.. 90%of the time is right beside me, if hes not finding more work. Grinding away the same labour his guys do. Knee deep snow, Hes right there. 40 plus, Sweating right beside us. Taking the brute force and also doing his own job as an owner/operator. Huge shout out to Jeremy Ellicott. Great guy, boss and friend. Definitely a top notch employer willing to help his guys every step of the way, Not just with the job at hand. 100 percent. Employer of the year. Thanks for everything Brother.

It may get colder but tactical never freezes. Always forward motion.

Trough complete on this big one. Big shout out to my guys, we pulled threw and was happy to see them learning new things, comprehending it and running with it. Big thumbs up.

Buttoning up a few loose ends and on to trough. Old apartment with some new love, looks great!!
