Face masks have negligible negative effect on CO2 and O2 levels' A new study suggests that face masks have a negligible negative effect on the levels of carbon dioxide and oxygen that a person breathes. The research, which appears in the journal Annals of the American Thoracic Society, contributes to dispelling some of the myths surrounding the use of face masks in the context of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

Kua Defined The Chinese character for Kua: is translated as crotch, groin, and hip. This is mainly a reference to the lateral articulation of the ball and socket joints; consisting of the head of the femur (thigh bone) into the pelvis. Closing and opening the Kua is a rotational movement, turning the whole leg inward and outward which aligns the knee and ankle simultaneously with the desired foot direction. The alignment of the lower back; Yao (relaxing downward) opens th...e lower Gate (Mingmen - L2 / L3). The Kua in the front and lower Gate in the back have a Yinyang relationship. Tucking and rolling the pelvis under (Pelvic thrust) is not the same as opening Mingmen correctly. The perineum is down. Restriction to greater ranges of movement is often thought of as a syndrome caused solely by tight muscles, but self-generated restrictions in movement may be more likely due to not addressing antagonistic pairs of muscles. To contract and close one muscle, a corresponding muscle relaxes and opens. Song - Relax to remove the undue tightness and misalignments in the direction of movements, rather than using a greater force to overcome them. Softness overcomes hardness. Use Intention, not force. Therapeutically, considering that ligaments, tendons, and cartilage do not have blood vessels, physical movement is required to exchange the bodily fluids that surrounds the joints to bring in nutrients. Slow, soft, relaxed cyclical movement reduces internal friction and the generation of heat which causes inflammation. *Yao - Confusion arises in the understanding of the Tai Chi Waist. It not only consists of the connective tissue (Waistline) above the Pelvic bone, but the lumbar spine too. A wheel and axle.
