We are working on getting exact details as to how or if the new restrictions will affect us. From what I've interpreted, not much will change for us. They've said that these restrictions will be in place for three weeks. The new restrictions include restricting how many people we can have in our store at a time. We were already doing that, so now we just have to find out our magic number and enforce that number instead. In order to ensure that people aren't waiting outside ...too long, we ask that you come to shop alone, or in a max group size of 2 humans. This will allow for multiple households to shop, and ensure people aren't waiting outside too long. Hello Lovelies! PLEASE READ THIS IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT IN ITS ENTIRETY. We’ve had a few customers concerned about a possible lockdown announcement today and how that will affect their access to our store and our products. So, I’d like to remind you of a few things to put your mind at ease. 1. We are an ESSENTIAL business. We feed your pets. We will not be shut down. We know this year has been full of surprises, and the worst possible scenario we might foresee is curb-side ...only. But, we have the website and the team to rock the shit out of that IF they force us to close our doors (they DID NOT last time and we stayed open for you.) 2. Our safety protocols have been in place for months and of course will continue. We all feel very comfortable in our workplace, and invite you in to shop. However, we DO have a curb-side website. It’s a decent site and after my experience at Superstore last night (curb-side) I think our service is pretty damn amazing. Feel free to use this to minimize your visits into our store if you feel uncomfortable. www.tailblazerscopperfield.com. Please use the phone number your account is under in-store to take advantage of any frequent buyer benefits. 3. Our suppliers are all considered essential businesses. They will not be shut down. Many of our foods come from eastern Ontario where they’ve had shutdowns for a while, and we’re still receiving stock from them. HOARDING is the biggest reason for supply chain distributions. Please don’t be that person. I enjoy having easy access to toilet paper! 4. I’ve seen too many people come in in the past few weeks on their last few cups of pet food. The best advice I can give you now, and always, is to be TWO WEEKS ahead of the end of your pet’s food supply. We are coming into the holiday season. There are higher demands on shipping services. We are now used to NOT getting our orders on time. This is the way it is now (you might not have even noticed because we've adjusted to bring you the fewest possible disruptions to your service!). So, takeaways - We aren’t going anywhere. Keep at minimum a two weeks supply of your pets' food on hand at home, hoarding is for bone heads - smart preparation is the way to go, please take advantage of our curb-side website.
