COVID-19 UPDATE February 14/2021 IMPORTANT NOTICE TO OUR VALUED CLIENTS For the week of Feb 15-19, our clinic hours will be 12:00 PM 8:00 PM. This is subject ...to change for the following weeks/days. AT THIS TIME WE ARE ONLY OFFERING ESSENTIAL SERVICES. Urgent and emergency cases will be seen. In accordance with the regulations in place for alert level 5, we have switched our operations to curbside service. The public is no longer permitted inside the building. All food and medication orders are to be called in ahead of time. For ordering medications, food, or products please call our regular business line 944-2844. When arriving for appointments please call 280-2828 when you arrive in the parking lot. A staff member will come to your vehicle to retrieve your pet; when you see a staff member approaching, please put on your mask (covering both mouth and nose) and step outside with your animal. Please have all dogs on a short leash and all cats in a carrier. If you do not own a carrier, please let our staff know. You will speak with the veterinarian/technician via phone consultation. If you do not have a cell phone, please call the clinic before leaving your house, and knock on the front door when you arrive. At this time routine surgeries will be rescheduled. Preferred payment for appointments or products is to be made by credit card over the phone. Please call 944-1683 for emergencies only. If you or a member of your household has any symptoms of COVID-19, even mild symptoms, have been in close contact with a known or suspected case of COVID-19 in the last 14 days or are self isolating, please contact the clinic for further direction. PLEASE BE PATIENT AS WE CONTINUE TO NAVIGATE THESE EVER CHANGING TIMES. Please keep in mind that things may move slower than usual and our schedule/hours may change. We will continue to provide you with the best possible care and look forward to welcoming you back in our clinic when it is safe.
