Created by the Mental Health Commission of Canada (MHCC), HEADSTRONG inspires youth ages 12-18 to BE BRAVE, REACH OUT and SPEAK UP about mental health and become mental health champions in their schools & communities.

Congratulations to our very own Sarah Masalmeh who won this years Company Merit Award for Take a Stand and the provincial Salesperson of the Year award! Take A Stand would like to thank all our followers because you helped us win two Provincial awards, Best Social Media and JA Month awards. Congratulations are in order for Travelling Sails who won Company of the Year too!... A shout out to all the winners this year. As we all reflect on the tragedy of this past weekends events, Take a Stand members want to send our thoughts and love to the family, friends and colleagues of the 23 victims.
