September update - I have Zero availability until September 17th-ish for anything larger than an emergency repair, overflowing eavestrough etc. For any no-charge warranty work that needs to be completed (although unlikely as my work is pretty solid) please contact me at your earliest convenience to have it completed right away. Nov 1st is cut off time for warranty work, clogs in eaves, caulking fixes, paint touchups etc. Also for the remainder of 2020 and into the spring of 2...021 I will not be providing any interior services of any kind due to Covid19 unless otherwise arranged or the home or property is empty or unoccupied. This page isn't frequently updated with sparkly pictures of all the great things I do, it is mainly used as a point of contact for the many groups I am tagged in. If you don't see a posting for a while, it's because I'm extremely busy. As some have messaged wondering if I'm still in business because of no recent postings lately, the answer is Yes and always yes. Just a friendly reminder to have your outside water outlet turned on for the day you have your eavestrough cleaning booked. Also, if you have a window cleaning appointment, please leave at least one of your gates unlocked so I can easily get into the backyard :)

Just a friendly reminder during this Covid19 outbreak, any services requiring me to come inside your home are not available until further notice. This includes interior window cleaning, inside painting and anything to do with dryer venting, bathroom vents etc. For window cleaning, full house powerwashing (siding, soffits, facia brick etc), powerwashing & polymeric sand, staining or exterior painting - there is of course a waiting list at this time of the year.... Lawn maintenance is not a service offered to everyone. You MUST be a direct referral from a customer. Eavestrough cleaning & repairs of leaks, reattachment of siding from windy days, flashing that has come loose etc, please call or email or msg directly to book in your work/get a quote. These appointments are available sooner than later and do not require you to be home. Appointment times for these requests are between 8-12/12-4 daily and upon availability. NO specific time appointments are available. Absolutely NO ROOFING REPAIRS, Electrical work or carpentry repairs. **Now booking for between June 14th-June 24th for window cleaning, whole house powerwashing, eavestrough cleaning & exterior painting. For vent cover repairs, flashing/facia & downspout repairs, eavestrough leaks etc, please message to see if your repair can be sneaked in. For those of you who already have confirmed/unconfirmed dates up to this point, this does not effect you. The current pandemic and weather are huge factors to getting everyone taken care of in order. **Bi...rds Nests Removal-. I don't actually offer this service, it's usually something I take care of only when finding a nest inside the hole while repairing a vent, If multiple nests need to be taken out to unclog the hole, the cost is minimum $250. I also DO NOT take care of possible bird mites. (Please do your research about bird mites from the internet, not from people on facebook) I do remove about 50-100 nests per year with my bare hands, not because I want to but because I have no choice but to remove them. It's not a fun time.

May update - Window Cleaning is available now, aprox 2 week waiting list as I clear the backlog of all bookings in order. Commercial clients in Burlington, Oakville and Milton with weekly/monthly arrangements will be continuing as normal unless previously postponed due to Covid19. Any Interior window cleaning for residential is currently not available to everyone due to the pandemic. For homes on the market or soon to be listed that are unoccupied - arrangements can be made to have those windows cleaned to streak-free perfection.

Had a great time installing some super high up bird netting today in different spots on this home. Even better, I saved these elderly folks from being price gouged. For custom bird mesh/animal deterrent screening, give me a shout, I can likely save you a TON of money. As usual, all services I provide come with a minimum 1 yr warranty. Mid-April Apocolyptic Update: The wind has arrived and has already started ripping things off of homes everywhere. For the reattachment of loose Siding, Facia/Metal Capping & Downspouts, contact me for same-day/next-day pricing. If you're able to send a picture of your problem, that helps me save alot of time. Easy contactless interaction, some of the fastest service response times out-there, fully insured and fully equipped with ladders of all sizes to reach any area on yo...ur home! No need to guestimate the height or accessibility, I can access everything. No roofing repairs of any kind, call Ollie's Roofing for those things :) EMERGENCY/URGENT Eavestrough Cleaning and Downspout unclogging/redirection/repair is still always available, scheduling depends what city/town you live in and the urgency required. For anyone who has anything booked already that isn't an essential service, those items will be completed in order once the emergency order is lifted. :)

What a fabulous day! Looks like vacation time is over for TALLMAN, out doing some repairs before the snow comes again this week. Although I usually open April-ish,. I will be out weekly as the temperature allows. Stay tuned for updates in the upcoming week as I start to get everything organized!

If you have guards on your eaves and have been told they never need to be cleaned, you have been mislead. They ALWAYS need to be cleaned every few years to stay functional. How many years in between depends on a handfull of factors.

Just a friendly reminder, we DO NOT offer electrical service of any kind. No pot light installations, no light fixture changes and no power outlet swaps. You ALWAYS should have these tasks completed by a licensed & insured Electrician. If it's lightbulbs you need changed from 6 to upwards of 30ft in the air, you've come to the right place.
