To refute the voice of global and i am not allowed to be on the page THEY are speaking on: Underworld LARP 1) We've had no contact with Tall Tale Events in weeks. - The last contact from Global was a photocopied letter from David Ashby that was thrown into plate of nachos delivered by Donovan D. This letter stating we had been found guilty and had two items to cure. Even though we had not been asked one direct question by global, nor given any evidence to refute the accusat...ions. . 2) Underworld LARP Global did not recommend or insist to Tall Tale that they take these steps. - Dave's letter Falsely indicated that we directly sold magic items for real money and this is the best measure to cure. The players who attended the event were fully aware that they were playing games of chance. And if Global had even taken one measure of evidence gathering, and not just take hearsay from a few people. this would not have been such an inconvenience to everyone. 3) Underworld Global is not telling players that they are obligated to return anything, that is their own policy. - Yes we choose to remove all the tags to ensure that Global can not blame us for "injecting magic in the game" or " Mimic magic effects". As global has constantly used this tactic in the past. 4) Regardless of this or any outcome, including the likely termination of the contract should they fail to cure, we will not be renewing Tall Tale's contract in June 2018. - If any due process of information gathering had been done by global there would have been some chance at rectifying this. Guilty before even allowed to prove innocence is how this has gone down. This is the case here, and i stand by the honest players and good people here that brought the truth forward. It's unfortunate that your voices fell on deaf ears.

Posted for Underworld Global and all players affectedl: In response to issues brought forward regarding items distributed at the February 2018 LARPsies event, the following procedures will be put into place, effective immediately: Tags and items including blueprints, artifice, chemistry with a February 2018 date that have not been returned will be rendered illegitimate in-game. This includes tags from all chapters. All tags that have been turned in will be destroyed upon re...ceipt to prevent circulation into the game system. If you are in possession of a tag, item, or blueprints, artifice, chemistry with a February 2018 date please contact your guildmaster so these items may be actioned immediately. Persons holding Kalidor tags, items, and artifice bearing a February 2018 date can return them to any Player Liaison or owner at meetup or other convenience. To clarify any misgivings about the LARPsies event and any transactions that transpired, Tall Tale Events (under current ownership) did not at any time receive monies to unretire any characters. To be very clear, fees were accepted for the following transactions ONLY: *Game Fees *Character Transfer Fee(s) *New Character Creation Fee(s) *LARPsies GAMES *Food and Canteen Fees *Liquor tickets (for licensed portion of event) At no time did we accept funds for any transactions besides the above, nor would that be considered an acceptable business practice. Persons alluding to other facts can contact Tall Tale Events a transaction of records is kept for every game. Unretirement of a character is not included in those paid services. Not now, not ever.
