Yesterday I read an article in the Globe and Mail that said we somehow have to be creative in the way we spread this message to stay home to the millions of people who aren’t listening to the daily updates, who aren’t following the WHO, who aren’t reading that article in the Globe and Mail. It must be done. And it must be done now. I’m not sure how to get creative other than posting on social media but I will keep thinking. Let’s do this together!

Calgary friends - Sattva inspired Hatha Yoga in Parkland starting soon! There are still a few spots left! Session Dates & Rates: Tuesdays ~ Jan 14 - March 17 (no class March 3rd) (7:00-8:00pm)... Cost $99 (GST included) Sattva Yoga focuses on unique lines of awareness (front, back, side, and strength body) that address the whole body over time and create a focus for the mind that translates into physical engagement. This allows us to find a balance in our postures between strength and ease. There is a focus on breath and meditation at the start of each class. Sequences are designed to promote relaxation and develop strength as we progress through the weeks. Let me know if you have any questions or would like to register!
