The Barrie Women in Construction group is offering a $500 bursary to one female high school student entering Post Secondary in the upcoming school term (2020/2021) with a focus on the trades! What a great way to help encourage our students during these unusual times! See the attached photo for application details!

Dear Valued Clients, As the situation with COVID-19 continues to change day-to-day, the primary focus of Tamarco Contracing continues to be the Health and Safety of our Employees, Families, Clients, and Suppliers. We are closely monitoring the evolving situation and are basing our actions and decisions on recommendations from the Public Health Agency of Canada and all relevant local authorities. ... We would like to inform everyone that Tamarco is still open for business and we are available to respond to project needs. We are not currently experiencing any substantial difficulties accessing products and materials. We have taken the following steps as a company, and increased precautionary measures to provide a safe environment for everyone: As of Monday March 16th, our office is closed to the public. We have continued operations internally but have enforced a strict no visitor policy. Employees are taking extra precautions with hand washing and social distancing. Retail Service: We are continuing to offer retail maintenance; however, we ask that all work be done outside of business hours (when stores are closed to public) wherever possible. Commercial Clients: We are continuing with projects as scheduled and are taking extra precautions to keep everyone safe, and we ask that you do the same. If your buildings are closed, this could be a great opportunity to get work done while there are no employees present. Payments: We accept Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) and email transfers (E-Transfer), and we ask that you please consider these methods of payment as an alternative to traditional cheques.
