I had to paint this wall to do my taxes. I look at from the computer. Its my own wall, so it took three years to finish patching and one year to paint. Black is my favorite "color". I've done a few homes' walls black. Brilliant white cabinet paint and flat ceiling really contrasts. Primer, cabinet coat paints, and ceiling paint can all be tinted to match. When painting over black it is highly recommended to prime over with a tinted primer for the color you are trans...itioning to. Ceiling paint and millwork (Cabinetcoat/ Melamine) paint can be color matched to whatever color, like any of the 365+ tints of white. It costs nothing extra, so it never hurts to ask your paint supplier. A 1" x 1" square is required for a color match for the computers. You can cut a sample from behind a short baseboard then reinstall it, if no other area is available when the walls are intact and not being repaired.

Cabinets were wrong, so instead of reconfiguring, we made the 5" void at the end into baking pan shelves. Finally built doors for the water heater closet we built. Using the 3/16" stock t&g pine was really light for such big doors.

Step one of tackling the stair flooring. This application requires strong glue. Used VC adhesive for flooring. PL Premium 8x for gluing the stair nosing / capping.

Ponemah place. Finally getting his kitchen. Complete gut, rewiring, replumbing, seal, board. I usually save the sink and reinstall with temporary counters, until countertops and cupboards come. Everyone says "dont worry about it, I'll make do". Then they say "OMG I'm so glad you put the sink back."
