Hey there! It’s been a while since I’ve been here and wanted to reintroduce myself! First, thanks for following along as I navigate the world of pre-construction & resale real estate! I’m Tami, I fell in love with real estate as a child, my mom and I were model home tire kickers.... I started my career in real estate working for a large builder approximately 20-ish years ago. I quickly learned the ins and outs as a receptionist and weekend model home hostess. I went on into low rise pre-con sales approximately 15 years ago and haven’t looked back since. I have worked with large builders, small builders in high rise and low rise... I’ve worked on sites that were deemed a hard sell and over priced where people scoffed and walked out of the sales office and I’ve worked on sites where people lined up over night (some times many nights) just for the opportunity to buy. The idea of helping others invest in their future or find that perfect home for their family perfectly aligns with my desire to serve others. So where am I now? I’m with the same brokerage I’ve been with for over 12 years @tfnrealtyinc. I’ve held a few different positions from on site sales to manager and am now the, you ready for this?..... DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS & BUILDER RELATIONS!! This means I still get to serve others, but now I get to work directly with BUILDERS behind the scenes, BEFORE the launch, DURING the launch & AFTER the launch. I get to put together sales teams who will in turn become an extension of the BUILDER and their values in the sales office. AND I get to work with my fellow REALTORS who in turn help their clients invest in real estate & enjoy a PLATINUM experience.
