I found a little piece of Colombo in Jaffna at the stylish newly opened JKS Cafe, by Rossy Harinth. The good strong caramel cappuccino and toasted sandwich was ...made by the young lady who also did the artwork on the walls. Rossy told me the palm tree trunk furniture is also homemade.
