Today I want to give a huge shout out to my client @tabba101 . In May she rededicated herself to reaching her fitness goals. I have trained her since May and she has done everything she can to reach those goals. Due to COVID regulations she started with bodyweight resistance, HIIT style workouts in May, she got serious about her nutrition, and has joined me at STG since September. She has lost over 30lbs, and has changed her entire body composition in these 6 months. I am incredibly proud of her hard work and dedication.
