Hi all! I just wanted to pop on here and do a notice because I have not answered messages. I am home now but I need to take a few more days to myself. I didn’t think it would hit me as hard as it did with the passing of my father. I appreciate all the kind words and condolences that were passed along to myself and family. I will be back, but in a few day’s or so just to give me time to heal!

To my wonderful clients: I am leaving tomorrow am right early () for an unexpected trip. My father has passed away. So, any appts that were scheduled this week will have to be rebooked. Hello There! Since guidelines were lifted Im happy to say, we will be opening our doors soon. June 15 is my tentative opening date (only tentative - just in case something happens)! Fun fact: June 15 - 4 years ago was my official opening date to bringing Tan on the Run to Cape Breton. I believe in signs!!! Anyhow, with that being said - there will be regulations we both (client/technician) that will need to be followed. But Im sure that wont be a problem. And also, there ...will be NO price increase to our services for the time being! I understand that some people feel the need to charge more, but as a business, sometimes you have to look at the bigger picture! Anyhow, please msg me if you want to book an appt! I do have a few names down to book but phone is getting fixed. Dont panic, if you dont hear from me today. I promise I will get you booked in. I CANT wait to see all my lovely ladies and gents soon! Just a little reminder: with all this beautiful weather we are having () please do yourself a favour and put sunscreen on. If you self tan or looking to get spray tans done in the near future, its advised not to if you have had a burn within the last couple weeks. So please, please, just put sunscreen on!! The sun is nice, hot and strong and Im forever grateful for that but we still need to be careful!

Hooray Hooray! But, We will not be opening June 5 or until I get confirmation of proper protocols. As there are *MANY* protocols and regulations for opening business, I just cannot safely feel comfortable opening my studio until some requirements are lifted! And example: as a regulation - staff/technician AND client has to wear a face mask - well, that is not realistic when doing spray tans UNLESS you do not want your face sprayed. Just little things like that. I will keep you all posted! I miss each and everyone of you like crazy but I promise, Im doing this to protect you and myself.

So... with the guidelines easing up with hair salons/beauty salons - Im in the grey area as both client and worker have to wear a mask! So, I cant give a definite date when I can open. I will be contacting public health shortly and see if they can give me more information about guidelines I can put into place! I do miss all of you and I really miss picking up my spray tan gun. When we open again, watch for some specials!!!!

Well aint that the truth! Many people try other products or tanning studios and then they come to US and never look back!

It is with a lot of consideration that I will be closing for minimum 2 weeks in light of co-vid. I was just diagnosed with bacterial pneumonia (it is not contagious with everyone I tanned last week). I cant risk getting co-vid along with battling pneumonia and my autoimmune disease. Thank you all for your continued patronage and we will see you all on the other side (2-3 weeks time)

I feel like I need to post this from time to time. If you are going on vaca - there is no such thing as a base tan. Its a complete myth. You will still burn if you dont apply sunscreen! So please, do yourself a favour and come to me - I will spray tan you and then you will look nice and tanned and guess what? You didnt wreak your skin!

Please take note. This is out of precaution. Also, please be considerate. A lot of people I know have small businesses and this is going to eat into their income. I certainly am not as busy as I have been in previous March Break years.

This is my life - I love tanning and making people feel confident!

I didnt want to post anything on here until after the fight! But this happened one day before the Valentines Massacre. This girl right here, finally had one of her dreams come true. She has been watching Ryan fight for the last year and a bit and one of her wishes was to meet him. So naturally, as a mom I had to make that happen. His last fight, she was literally on the edge of the couch cheering him on. Most of you know, Nevaeh has ...not had an easy start to her 8 years and weve dealt with some pretty intense situations between medical and school but this girl has defeated all odds. Meeting Ryan had her literally bouncing upstairs and she kept looking out the window to see if his truck pulled up in our yard. Super proud Mom moment. I want to thank Ryan and his girlfriend Dionne for stopping by one day before his match and taking a great photo and talking with my daughter. He also gifted her an old boxing glove that he wore out. With that being said, we attended the match last night! He is still the reigning champ and no deserves it more than him! So yes, I had the reigning champ in my house! Lol We are so proud as a family. Nevaeh woke me up even after a long night and we watched the fight again and she said I knew he was going to win, no one can stop him! Ive used muscles that I havent used in years. Typically my husband is the one who clears the driveway bc lets be honest, I dont do snow BUT I decided to go out there and shovel yes shovel my driveway. Not snow blow, shovel - about half way in, I was thinking what the f**k did I do but I was committed. Well, now I sit and put biofreeze on like a champ!

Yesterday was an awesome day! I barely touch the phone and in turn have minimal pictures. That is the only thing I regret! I enjoyed Christmas with my girls and husband. But, Im back to the grind come tomorrow! Enjoy your Boxing Day! I must say - Nova Scotia has it right. Christmas and Boxing Day stores closed!
