Perhaps this is why being you - taking care of you- honouring you is key to your own ease & joy? How many of you are actually aware of what those points of you are of you? And can you allow it to simply be an interesting point of view?

Growing up I was taught it was always the big choices that would contribute most to my life- the job- the school, etc but even after I had achieved the target Id feel empty. I began to choose more of the tiniest things that added more joy & more ease - & theyve always contributed even more than I ever thought possible!

Allow yourself the luxury of knowing there are always greater possibilities...& watch how even more than what you thought actualizes!

With the success of my the workshop I facilitated online last weekend and in the same spirit that I have been running mini workshops every day on this page, I am now hosting another more interactive event on Zoom next Saturday May 9th from 4pm-7.30pm BST so that we can renew our hearts, release old stories and create a new and wholesome narrative to live by, not to mention build on this wonderful circle of sisterhood that has grown over the weeks. Given this unprecedented time we are all trying to wade through, this is a donation based event. So give whatever is affordable for you. No pressure.
