Fact: Tandoori Roti Tandoori Roti is another type of Indian unleavened bread which is usually made in a clay oven called a tandoor and commonly enjoyed with chicken, lamb, mutton or other vegetarian dishes.

Fact: Balti Dishes Known also as the karahi, the Balti pan is a round-bottomed, wok-like, heavy cast-iron dish with two handles. The foods served in the Balti pan are freshly cooked aromatically spiced curries. Balti food at its best is very aromatic but not excessively spiked with chillies. Traditionally it is eaten without rice or cutlery. Balti bread is used to scoop up the food using the right hand only.

Tandoor (clay oven) used for cooking!

Fact: The Clay Tandoors have been traditionally been used in the INDIAN KITCHENS for the cooking of INDIAN BREADS & Roasting the Lamb & Chicken for the preparation of Mughlai type foods with or without curry, Sizzlers, of them the most famous is the Tandoori Murg (Chicken Roasted), Muton Tikka ( Lamb Meat Balls-Boneless) Chicken Tikka (Chicken 0Boneless) and Veg Grills such as Paneer Tikka ( Roasted Cheese ). Since the olden days, there have been many changes in the Tandoor but the basic concept of cooking in an Clay Oven has not changed. Only the outer body or the shapes of the Clay Oven - Pot itself has gone a few changes as per the needs & requirements of the user. But the Tandoor has been in use since more than the history has been recording events.
