We’ve taught the toaster to feel love. Also, no more midday closures for us, baby! Tangent will now be open from 8am to 10pm Wednesday - Saturday and 8am- 9pm on Sundays. Monday and Tuesday hours remain the same.

Hi friends! Just a status update: After an extensive deep cleaning, we are happy to announce that we will be open tomorrow at 8 am as per usual. No confirmed COVID cases have been linked to Tangent Cafe, but we chose to close in the interest of keeping our staff, guests and community safe. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Sorry it got weird!

The moose outside shoulda told ya, Tangent will be closed for dinner tonight as well as all day tomorrow for deep cleaning after potential Covid 19 exposure. We are doing our best to keep Tangent a safe and sanitary space for all friends and staff, and appreciate your co-operation and understanding. We’ll be squeaky clean and back at it with the bomb bennies Friday morning. See ya then!
