We are ABSOLUTELY DEVASTATED!! We have had our hearts broken. We will not be opening until the 28th of May . We have worked so hard to get EVERYTHING in place. We will contact everyone ASAP. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

HELLO We are 1 week from opening up As we move along on the reopening we have been very busy contacting everyone. If you haven't been contacted not to worry we will be contacting you soon, we are being very diligent to keep the rescheduling in order to be fair. If you would like to call and leave a message please feel free to do so and we will call in the order the calls we received. We have also found out that any esthetic sevic...es will have to remain closed at this time. This is phase 2. Just a reminder if you could just re-read the new changes to our salon before your appointment that would be greatly appreciated. Your safety is our main priority Mandatory Changes for Tangles ~PLEASE arrive on time to your appointment. We have our appointments all time sensitive which give us ample time to sanitize chairs and all highly touched surfaces. We are only allowing 6 people maximum in the salon at any time , this will allow for a safe 2 meters distance at all times. Wait in your car if you are early and if you are more than 5 min late we will reschedule you. ~ MAGAZINES and refreshments will no longer be available. You are more than welcome to provide those items for yourselves. Please bring in a reusable cup whenever possible. We will ask that any non-reuseable cups be thrown out in the garbage can outside of the shop. ~YOU will be required to wear a mask during your hair service. Each stylist will also wear a mask. Please provide your own mask if at all possible if you are unable to do so NO WORRIES we will have them provided for you. ~PLEASE wash your hands immediately after entering the salon. Hand sanitizer will be available to you at all times. ~PLEASE when you are scheduling your families appointments (husband, wife or kids) be mindful that your stylist can only have 2 guests in the salon at one time . We will not have chairs for waiting clients. ~TANGLES will not be taking walk ins at this time. ~IF you require product WITHOUT an appointment, please call ahead to place your order. We will have it in a bag and ready for pick up. While we are placing your order we will discuss a time that works for both Tangles and yourself. Calling for an appointment Please leave a detailed message for your stylist. YOUR stylist WILL return your call to make an appointment. The answering machine will be checked morning, noon and night. We will call back in the order your message was received. The phone will not be answered during business hours this will cut down on the stylist touching multiple surfaces while working and help them stay on time. Thank you Tangles
